Oliver has over 15 years experience working in professional kitchens. From humble beginnings in the trade preparing canapés for the family events business to working in some of Europe’s most inspiring and decorated kitchens, including Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Cornwall, Le Petit Nice de Passedat in Marseille, Grand Hotel Timeo in Sicily and Bistro Bruno Loubet in London.
